The upper section is the driver for the details shown in the lower section Lists low availability constraints for each vehicle line with the number of specific retail units containing those constraints. Corrective action recommendations are included.

The “Assist Module” helps dealers manage commodities on unscheduled retail orders and monitor scheduled retail orders for customers.

1. To open the app, login to your ASV Lot Manager by going to AutoSalesVelocity.com

1. Once you are logged into the Lot Manager, click on the “Assist Module” Icon

Unscheduled Retail

In the left vertical toolbar, there are two Assist App components:

• Unscheduled Retail (the default home page)
• Scheduled Retail (will be described later in this user guide)
• Maximize your window to best view the app

Homepage

• Use this report to understand specific commodity issues so that you can make the desired adjustments in WBDO
• Contains information regarding all submitted, unscheduled retail orders.
• Highlights current commodities published by Ford with very low availability. Units containing these commodities have little to no chance of scheduling.
• Removing Ford posted constraints will not guarantee scheduling, however this will give the unit the best chance of receiving a VIN.
